Natural Breakfast #3 – with Chef Paul Collins our Yeo Valley Food Ambassador For more recipes check the Yeo Valley Youtube channel or go to www.yeovalley.co.uk Yeo Valley Natural Yogurt Cheese Cheese for breakfast? Why not! Just try it on some fresh sourdough with a sliced tomato and some fresh basil on top. Or even just plain, with a drizzle of organic honey and a few walnuts. Delicious! For 4 people you will need: 1 Pot Yeo Valley Natural Yogurt Pinch of Sea Salt 300 ml Olive Oil Fresh Herbs 1 Chilli 2 Cloves of Garlic Method: Mix the salt into the yogurt and place into a sieve / colander lined with muslin cloth and allow to drain in the fridge for 48 hours. Once drained off, roll out the Yogurt Cheese into small golf ball sized balls from the mixture and place into sterilised jars that have the oil and herbs etc. already in it. Keep in the fridge and use within a week. There are endless ways to eat this but one of our favourite ones is spread onto crackers or in a Greek salad as an alternative to Feta Cheese. Enjoy!
